You’ll notice that this Friday’s Five Finds, have one thing in common … gold. I’m not sure how it happened, but EVERYTHING that caught my eye this week had a little, or a lot of bling. Many people reserve metallics for the holidays, but I look for reasons to wear them all year long.
When you know it’s Spring, but gold, leather, thigh high boots are all you can think about. The minute I saw these boots by Tony Bianco, I knew 100% I needed them in my closet and started planning every seasonal look where these boots would be the statement piece. Imagine … dark, cutoff denim shorts, a black silk, drapey tank, black blazer, chunky gold Versace jewelry like the Crystal GV Signature necklace, gold clutch and these amazing boots! #DONE
Showcasing a sleek pointed toe, an inner foot zip, the Latino Gold Crunch Long Boot by Tony Bianco is set atop a 10.3cm stiletto heel.
When I saw this leopard print, long sleeve linen and silk wrap dress by Ganni, it was love at first sight. Need something chic for a dinner date? This dress plus a pair of neutral or black YSL Tribute T-Strap Platform stiletto sandals make the perfect look. Or dress it down with a pair of ankle boots and a denim jacket.
This airy belted wrap dress with its voluminous balloon sleeves will transition great from Spring to Summer.
The Marie Jane bucket bag is unmistakably Christian Louboutin. It’s where casual, sophisticated, classic and fashion intersect into the perfect accessory.
It is crafted in leopard-printed Leo Loubirun Neoprene and completely embellished with signature CL gold pyramid spikes and thick black calfskin drawstring closure. Add engraved metallic stoppers, the trademark brass-enameled red sole logo and an instantly identifiable branded strap in padded calfskin with a chain and you have a one-of-a-kind statement piece.
Depending on the look you’re going for you can wear the adjustable shoulder leather/chain strap either on your shoulder or as a crossbody.
Made in Italy, these oval, oversized sunglasses by Tom Ford are perfect for any season, day or night.
The Jennifer, sports and resin frame with open temples and sophisticated metal details. I could easily envision wearing these with the bold leopard print wrap dress by Ganni above. Or while wearing a big straw hat and sundress while having Sunday brunch with your girls.
No matter the look, you’ll nail it with these brown and gold sunglasses.
I typically don’t think of a trench coat as being synonymous with fashion. That is until I literally stumbled upon this innovative trench by Junya Watanabe while searching online for a spring jacket. All I can say is MIND BLOWN when I stumbled upon this deconstructed classic trench that was reassembled into a new, cape-inspired form with cleverly placed details.
With a dual high collar with lapels and 3/4 length sleeves, this oversized trench coat can bring any outfit to life. Imagine pairing it with the Jennifer Tom Ford sunglasses above and a simple pair of skinny jeans and leopard print mules for an incredibly stylish look.
